Wherever you are in it

Support for every stage

Deciding whether to stay

When one of you is leaning out and one is leaning in. Clarity before a decision you can’t take back.

Separating with care

Ending the marriage without ending your ability to talk to each other, especially when kids are involved.

Co-parenting counseling

Agreements, communication and a plan for two homes, so your children aren’t carrying the conflict.

For the strong one

You’ve held everyone together. You’re allowed to need help with this too.

Many of the women I work with have been the steady one their whole lives: for their families, their teams, their partners. Divorce can feel like failing at the one thing you were supposed to handle. It isn’t. It’s a hard decision made by someone paying attention.

Questions

Questions about divorce support

Should I get a divorce?

Only you can answer that, and you don’t have to answer it alone. Therapy gives you space to look at what’s possible, what’s not and what you need, before you decide.

What is co-parenting counseling?

Co-parenting counseling helps separated or divorced parents communicate, make agreements and raise their children across two homes. The focus is the kids, so they aren’t carrying the conflict between you.

Can we do this online?

Yes. Sessions are by secure video anywhere in California, which also helps when co-parents live apart or prefer separate screens.

Whatever you decide, you don’t have to do it alone.

A free, confidential 20-minute call.
